The Graduate Diploma in Project Management is an exit degree for students enrolled in the Master of Project Management.
This course provides a comprehensive grounding in the underlying principles, trends and practical aspects of project, program and portfolio management: time, cost, quality, risk, procurement, human resources, integration, scope and context.
Students can select subjects according to their level of experience: Choice Block 1 provides a structured pathway into the program. Choice Block 2 provides a greater choice for those with substantial industry experience by allowing them to choose their own pathway based on the gaps in their knowledge.

Project management is one of the fastest growing global professional disciplines in many local and international industries, including banking and finance, construction and engineering, health, IT, event management and government among others.
Applicants with a cognate four-year degree may be given up to 24 credit points of exemptions.
Students choose 48 credit points from a list of available subjects.

This course is part of an articulated program comprising the Graduate Certificate in Project Management (C11005), the Graduate Diploma in Project Management, the Master of Project Management (C04006), and the Master of Business Administration (Project Management major) (C04018). Each stage is self-contained and can be undertaken through part-time or full-time study.
