This subject examines strategic project competencies, project communications and human resources management in the context of a specific project-based scenario. It extends what has been learnt in the project management principles subject in the areas of integration management, scope management, human resource management and communications management at a more strategic level with an emphasis on team leadership and communications in a project environment. Topics covered include team formation, leadership, motivation, project organisational planning, reporting and project documentation.
