The e-business Marketing sub-major provides participants with the opportunity to acquire knowledge on new and emerging e-business technologies and to apply these within marketing contexts. Areas covered include customer relationship management (CRM), real-time marketing and capital infrastructure associated with creation and commercialisation of e-business technology. Participants are encouraged to strategically assess these areas from human, organisational and technological perspectives.
