This subject is designed to enable students to carry out needs analysis, program design and evaluation in the student's own workplace/community. Students examine the theory and policy issues that influence the adult educator's approach to program design and evaluation. Students achieve this by focusing on needs analysis, program design and development, and program evaluation issues. Students will be able to implement these approaches and to critically evaluate them in their own field of practice.
