015022 Human Resource Development Practices

This subject extends students' understanding of the theoretical principles which inform human resource development practice. It allows students to apply their understandings and develop their practical training, development and facilitation skills. The relationship of teaching to learning is explored in the context of students' concurrent role in the workplace and as human resource developers and learners.
