Description

This subject is a capstone subject for the Graduate Certificate in Commercialisation (C11251) (part of the MBA in Entrepreneurship) and brings together knowledge of strategy, business models, innovation, with prior knowledge of accounting, finance, statistics and sales and marketing to help students understand the operation of an early-stage enterprise. Using a practice case study, students are taken through the entrepreneurial process, examining strategy design, market development, product/service development, business model development financial performance and measurement design.

On the completion of this subject students understand how to establish and operate an early-stage enterprise.
