Postgraduate

This subject aims to align the project effort with corporate strategy and optimise the efficient use of resources throughout the organisation. The focus is on:

  • the selection and priorisation of projects, based on contribution to organisational benefits and achievability, and
  • the allocation and prioritising of resources between those projects that have been chosen so that they can deliver the expected benefits.

2009 contribution for post-2008 Commonwealth-supported students: $1,084.62
