This subject is a foundation-level subject which provides an overview of the nine units of project management knowledge. This subject examines the processes of project management and their interaction as applied to the generic project phases and life cycle; initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes; core and facilitating processes; project management stakeholders, organisational structures and influences; the professional discipline of project management; and competency standards.
