This subject examines value management principles and negotiation and conflict management processes in a project environment. It serves as an introduction to the concept of value management and the roles and processes involved in facilitation and managing a value management process in a project environment. It examines diverse approaches to negotiations and conflict management to enable students to apply a suitable approach in a project environment.
