This subject examines and extends the tactical and strategic project management competencies in the context of a specific practice-based scenario. The subject integrates and applies knowledge and skills developed in previous subjects, focusing on the initiation, planning, execution and control of a simulated project. Emphasis is placead on the application of techniques and processes to manage scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement.
