MAJ09393 Health Law and Policy
The Health and Law Policy specialisation engages new and expanding fields crossing medicine, ethics and biomedical law. This provides students with cutting edge knowledge as to legal and other forms of regulation of the contemporary healthcare environment. This specialisation appeals to any student with an interest in evolving topics requiring policy choice such as cloning and animal, plant and human experimentation as well as those interested or involved with current systems of health care regulation.
