This subject is an introduction to key concepts in psychology that have relevance for dispute resolution practice. A main focus of this subject is the application of psychological concepts to disputes and conflict situations in order to understand 'what is going on' and to start to learn to 'harness' new skills and paradigms to work more effectively with ongoing conflict and within the dispute resolution process.
