Pathogenic microorganisms: their handling (including safety requirements), cultivation, isolation and relationship to the indigenous flora of humans and animals. A detailed study of staphylococci, streptococci, coryne-bacteria, mycobacteria, neisseria, enteric bacteria, pasteurellae, pseudo monads and spirochaetes. Antibiotics and antibiotic sensitivity testing.
