Undergraduate

This subject introduces management within the context of the carrier sector. It deals with the environmental (particularly regulatory) context in which carriers operate; general principles of transportation and transport economics; strategic planning; marketing and service delivery issues; the employment of quantitative techniques in the carrier sector; and collaborative linkages between the carrier sector and other sectors of the tourism industry.
