MAJ08019 Managing International and Community Development

This major aims to provide participants with opportunities to enhance management competencies in areas relevant to the work of international aid and development organisations and to prepare for careers in this field. Participants draw upon the disciplines of both international management and community management, developing synergies between these. The major recognises the need in these organisations for competent, skillful and empathetic management to address multiplying needs of developing communities with inadequate resources.
