This subject consolidates the knowledge and understanding of drawing and digital media studied in previous communication subjects. Students are encouraged to use both digital and freehand modes to explore the creative process, which may include client presentation and layout of fashion concepts. Mode of delivery is studio practice. Where relevant, ideas and concepts from core areas of study are used to develop personal projects in this subject.
Topics in this subject include: advanced drawing techniques; personal style in illustration; advanced design and layout; advanced digital presentation skills; confident and competent computer file management and project scheduling; and PowerPoint presentation.
