This subject follows on from The Practice of Workplace Learning 1 and continues the focus on development of professional skills of facilitation of learning, workplace training and education of adults. The subject is experiential and work based, supported by theories of adult learning. It involves students in demonstrating their acquisition of skills through practical implementation of relevant answers to the nine key questions underpinning the philosophy of the two courses of which it is a part.
