This subject focuses on the professional development of students in order to acquire the skills of facilitation of learning, workplace training and education of adults. The subject is experiential and work based, supported by theories of adult learning. It assists students to develop their own answers to the nine key questions that underpin the philosophy of the two courses of which it is a part.
