Overview
The Graduate Diploma in Technology Management is an exit-only qualification for the Master of Technology Management (C04434). The course is designed for the future-focused professionals who aspire to be a sustainability focused technology leader. The portfolio consists of masters level subjects focused on leadership and organisational-acumen, supporting skills and knowledge development in technology, data and process management. Students build on the communication, critical thinking and leadership skills that inform strategic thinking and change management in technology rich enterprises. Students build capacity to lead the implementation of technology-lead initiatives, innovation and transformation: solving problems in technological lag and designing technology solutions for enterprise operations.
Course intended learning outcomes

Course duration and attendance
The course can be completed in a minimum of 16 months full time study (ie. 1 x 6 credit points subject per session over 8 x 7-week sessions) or a maximum of 32 months part time study.
Course structure
The course totals 48 credit points consisting of a combination of technology strategy streams and management, enterprise and technology choice subjects.
