This postgraduate subject introduces students to the uses of information systems in generating business value for organisations. It deals with the different types of enterprise information requirements, application of information systems to business problems, and recent developments and technologies in the marketplace. Emphasis is on organisational strategies for information systems, mobile, cloud and social computing, and design activities.
