SMJ10115 Fostering Learning Practices

The Fostering Learning Practices sub major is for professionals wishing to enhance their learning practice and future career opportunities by developing a stronger understanding of adult education, learning and development. It focuses on engaging with digital technologies for learning and designing professional learning programs in contemporary workplaces and/or formal educational institutions with practice-based approaches that offer a high level of customisation. Students from diverse work backgrounds benefit from interaction with peers from a range of industry contexts, while focusing their work on issues relevant to them and their practice.
