MAJ08981 Advertising and Marketing Communications
This major has been developed in response to a need in the advertising industry for university graduates who have an understanding of the strategic decisions that must be made to manage a firm's advertising and promotion activities. Understanding how to devise communications with consumers about goods, services and ideas and deliver them via traditional and digital media is a cornerstone of this major. Students gain skills to plan and manage promotions, advertising, and marketing communication campaigns in a digital world and evaluate their effectiveness via market research.
Students in the Bachelor of Economics (C10348) must have completed 24108 Marketing Foundations as a prerequisite for this major (chosen as an elective in CBK91078).
