MAJ08977 Tourism
The tourism major provides exposure to professional practice in all sectors of national and global tourism through dynamic and multifaceted modes of practice orientated education. These include field visits, exposure to leading travel industry guest speaker and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to the internship program. In all tourism subjects there is a strong emphasis on applying theory to industry practise though individual and group reports and industry projects.
