Description
This is the first subject of a two-part studio allowing students to develop professional skills in data engineering relating to their chosen career path. The studio is delivered through a combination of individual self-directed study and project work. In the 'professional studio', students can choose whether they wish to specialise in innovation/entrepreneurship, research, or advanced practice, and can develop data engineering knowledge and skills relating to their chosen path. Students work with mentors and facilitators throughout the session, and the individual tasks to be completed are guided by a learning contract established at the beginning of the studio.
