Description
This subject involves formal planning of regular improvement of your professional understanding gained from work experience undertaken in work integrated learning subjects 41071 through to 41074, describing your IT workplace integrated learning.
Subject learning objectives (SLOs)
Upon successful completion of this subject students should be able to:
1. | Develop attribute claims based on the UTS Graduate Attributes and competency claims based on the SFIA framework, for providing a foundation for future employment. |

The subject will assist students to demonstrate their attainment of Graduate Attributes and SFIA attributes relevant to the workplace.
Teaching and learning strategies
There will be workshops arranged around developing the ePortfolio, writing up a report based on this material (including a SWOT analysis) and providing an Oral Presentation. Students will come together and share their work experiences. Students are advised to attend the first two workshops to prepare for their final presentation. Students are advised to write up their deliverables at the completion of their work experience and prior to the first workshop easly in the session.

Minimum requirements
Assessment is via a series of deliverables. It is a pass/fail result - grades will not be allocated i.e. (C, D, HD)
If you do not submit your deliverables by "(announced due date via UTS ONLINE)"(either because you forgot, or you do not yet have the required 9 months of work experience) your results may be withheld for this subject. You will have to contact Sri Madhisetty on 9514 4550 to explain your situation as to why you could not submit your deliverables on time.
