MAJ08116 Marketing Communication
The Marketing Communication major has been developed in response to a need in the advertising industry for university graduates who have an understanding of the strategic decisions that must be made to manage a firm's advertising and promotion activities. It is designed for students who are interested in specialising in the study of advertising, promotions and media within a managerial framework. Students gain skills to plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through market research.
Bachelor of Economics students must have completed 24108 Marketing Foundations as a prerequisite for this major (chosen as an elective in CBK91078).
