99620 History and Philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine
4cp; 4hpwThis subject studies the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the west as well as the theoretical structure of TCM and its influence upon the holistic approach to healing and preventative therapy. It focuses on some of the more complex theories arising from classical literature and the ethics, both ancient and modern, that are imbedded in the practice of TCM.
