This subject examines the development of health services through an exploration of innovative and collaborative research into leadership, policy and international practice. A series of 'pod-casts' (with appropriate visual material) of presentations by (or interviews with) Visiting Fellows from a range of disciplines, health settings and locations throughout Australia and internationally are established to showcase research excellence in leading change in health services and practices.
