This subject builds on the understanding obtained in the prerequisite subject 76212 Revenue Law, providing students interested in a further study of taxation law with the opportunity to pursue that interest. Topics covered include taxation of entities including companies, trusts and partnerships, capital gains tax, aspects of international taxation, tax administration and tax planning and anti-avoidance.
