32601 Advanced Project Management

6cp; availability: Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters in IT Management students only; other students may undertake the subject if they have demonstrated relevant IT management experience and have signed academic approval from the ITMP

This subject covers advanced topics in project management, with an emphasis on contemporary issues in the delivery of IT solutions to businesses. It considers human and organisational aspects of project management, the importance of project governance, the changing nature of project management and the role of the project manager in the global business environment.
