In this subject, students undertake a professional internship with an organisation in the leisure, sport or tourism industry. This assists in developing employment skills, knowledge and contacts identified as essential to their career goals. Through their internship, students are exposed to the managerial functions and activities of their chosen industry. A written reflection on each period of internship is required. Students are required to undertake up 240 hours of industry internship.

2009 contribution for post-2008 Commonwealth-supported students: $650.12

Not all students are eligible for Commonwealth Supported places.
2009 amount for undergraduate domestic fee-paying students: $2,175.00
