This subject allows students to extend their breadth of knowledge and understanding of current and future major economic issues. The issues are viewed from a macro and micro perspective, i.e. from a national and property industry outlook. Issues examined include key demographic changes, immigration, urban labour force, housing, urban transport, quality of life, privatisation and globalisation.
