This subject extends the work on feasibility studies carried out in the core part of the course. In this subject, students are acquainted with quantifying the social and environmental impacts of private and public projects. Issues such as consumer surplus and shadow pricing of public goods are covered, as well as the allocation of risks on unusual development projects. A case study involving a public project is evaluated by the students.
