12cpThis subject examines the design and management of facilities in the context of environmental performance; low energy design solutions, renewable energy sources, energy measurement and conservation strategies, life-cost evaluation, occupancy costs, and asset management tools such as post-occupancy evaluation and environmental auditing aimed at effective facility operation; and embodied energy and recycling.
