013142 Adult Learning and Program Development

This subject is designed to provide opportunities for participants to explore the skills and knowledge necessary to be competent designers and facilitators of adult learning. It examines some of the principles and processes of helping adults learn and surveys several different theories of adult learning including andragogy, perspective transformation, experiential learning and situated learning. This subject considers designing programs of learning for adults and various models of program development in adult education.

2009 contribution for post-2008 Commonwealth-supported students: $520.25

Not all students are eligible for Commonwealth Supported places.

2009 amount for undergraduate domestic fee-paying students: $2,000.00
