This subject has a focus on the continued development of professional skills of teaching/training and the facilitation of learning, workplace training/education and the work experiences of adults. The subject has a work-based focus and is supported by theories of adult learning. It involves students in demonstrating the acquisition of skills through practical implementation of new knowledge, presentation to peers and critical reflection on personal learning from an approved workplace experience of 100 hours.
