Overview
This degree involves a period of supervised study and research, culminating in the submission of a thesis. The Institute offers the Master of Sustainable Futures to both local and international students.
The Institute's postgraduates have consistently achieved excellent examiners' reports and, of the Institute's six graduates since 1998, five were eligible for the UTS Chancellor's Award. In 2003, and again in 2005, one of the (three) eligible graduates has succeeded in being placed on the Chancellor's List.
Course aims
The Institute aims to support students taking a trans-disciplinary or interdisciplinary approach to research while building on their existing expertise.
