This subject introduces students to the framework of international business law – those legal rules that most directly affect traders doing business where there is an international element involved.
The subject focuses on matters relating to the formation of contracts in international business transactions, municipal and international regulation of such transactions, resolution of disputes with regard to contracts, and international tortious liability.
