This subject assists students to develop an advanced understanding of public international law, including topics such as recent developments, sources of public international law, treaty practice and procedure, dispute resolution, use of force, terrorism, extradition and asylum, provision of international criminal justice, international protection and human rights, the recognition of States and governments, sustainable development, compensating for natural resource injury, and climate change.
