This subject provides the essential knowledge and concepts to facilitate skills development in research and development management and staff management according to each student's current or proposed workplace environment. Students who have successfully completed the subject will have the capability to develop their management skills to an advanced state. The subject covers areas such as project management and organisation, science personnel development, and the management of risk, intellectural property and research output quality.
