This subject is the culmination of the Diploma program. It is designed to help students to develop as professional scientists through reflection on their workplace practice and documentation of their learning for peer and professional review. Since each student's work experience is unique, all students benefit from sharing and discussing their experiences. This subject enhances the value of the industrial experience by guiding students to thoughtfully reflect on practice and to identify educational aims achieved, by oneself and others, in the workplace. The subject assists students to devise strategies to fuse their practical experiences with future academic studies, and to plan for professional and personal development.
