This subject examines construction management of domestic and simple industrial scale buildings, and the management of the sequencing of activities in the construction of a building. It assumes a framework that the decisions to be made are contingent on the state of the project. A case study is used to allow situations to be realistically assumed in order for possible decisions to be examined.
