This subject provides the framework, tools, techniques and practical approaches for individuals and organisations involved in property development. Material covered includes: strategic planning; introduction to project management of property developments; team formation, development and management; project initiation, planning, procurement and completion; the property development process; organisational structure and culture; human resource management; industrial relations; and the characteristics and needs of different property development types.
