Course completion and graduation

Students must complete the total credit points required for their course and pay any outstanding debts to be eligible to graduate. Students with recognised prior learning and students who have transferred from another course should seek advice when selecting subjects to ensure that they have sufficient credit points to meet course requirements. Students approved to graduate will be provided with registration instructions via the My Student Admin website by March for Autumn ceremonies and August for Spring ceremonies.

To graduate in Autumn 2008 students must achieve a status of 'Passed' displayed in My Student Admin by:

• 27 February (Kuring-gai and City campus ceremonies).

To graduate in Spring 2008, students must achieve a status of 'Passed' displayed in My Student Admin by:

• 6 August (City campus ceremonies only).

Students in their last semester of study should check the Graduations website to ensure they take steps to graduate at the next round of ceremonies.
