Mission statement

The mission of the Faculty of Education is to be the Australian leader in providing practice-oriented professional programs that equip graduates to work in the full range of contemporary educational contexts, including schools, colleges, workplaces, organisations and communities. Fundamental to this mission is the Faculty's collaborative research agenda that applies contemporary understandings of learning and communication to current technological, social, cultural and economic change issues.
