The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Organisational Learning produces graduates who can manage organisational development and change. It develops the knowledge, skills and attributes required to work in the public or private sector to support the learning and change management activities of organisations.
The Honours course aims to provide, through coursework and supervision, basic research competence skills and knowledge, as well as critical feedback and collegiate support necessary to enable the development and completion of an Honours thesis.
Career options include consultancy, education and learning, human resource development, learning management and performance improvement.
