The Graduate Diploma in Sport Management is designed to develop critical, interpretive and problem-solving skills and to provide a broad coverage of the sport management field.
The course provides specific training in sport management and offers some opportunity for the development of specific interests.
The program provides the theoretical knowledge needed to understand the changing nature of the Australian sport environment.
Applicants require one of the following:
Students may be granted a maximum of five subject exemptions, of which two core subjects can be approved from prior undergraduate study.
The Graduate Diploma in Sport Management is a one-year full-time, or two-year part-time course.
The Sport Management program is offered at Kuring-gai campus.
The Graduate Diploma in Sport Management comprises 48 credit points, consisting of seven core subjects (42 credit points) and one elective subject (6 credit points).
Electives must be taken from a list of prescribed subjects offered within the Graduate Diploma in Sport Management course.
