This subject aims to expand students' awareness and understanding of current health care issues, in particular, those issues that impact on their work practices and environment. Students have the opportunity to explore relevant issues, and critical inquiries are encouraged in relation to the effects of these issues on the organisation and delivery of health care. Students may negotiate a program of study that permits an in-depth exploration of an issue which is critical to their area of practice.
