This subject is an introduction to key concepts in psychology that have relevance for dispute resolution practice. It is presented in a program of three full-day sessions plus a day of seminar presentations. The format each day for the psychological concepts is to consider the theory, the research, the application of the concept to dispute resolution, as well as practice in exercises and role-plays. Accompanying this is discussion about application and future directions, and the implications for the practice of dispute resolution.
