This subject covers the methodology of research appropriate to graduate study involving the primary and principal secondary sources of law in NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia. In addition, the sources of law in a selected number of jurisdictions (England, the United States, New Zealand, Canada and the European Union) are considered. The sources of international law constitute a special topic. This subject is a corequisite for Category B LLM candidates.
